We accept all credit cards with a 2.5% processing fee. Net terms are granted with prior credit approval.

Styles, Colors, and Inventory
For the most current listing of styles, colors and inventory visit our website at www.zunisportswear.com. Please note that ZUNI SPORTSWEARreserves the right to discontinue styles, colors and size without prior notification based on demand and sales.

Order Placing and Shipping
Most in-stock credit approved orders are shipped the same day they are placed. Please consult your Customer Service Representative for shipment date confirmation. Additions to orders already placed will be considered a “new order” and written as a new purchase order.

Confirmations– If you did not receive a confirmation, we did not receive your order. ZUNI SPORTSWEAR will not pay for expedited shipments on orders that were not confirmed. Please contact your Customer Service representative if you did not receive a confirmation.

Pick-up & Delivery
ZUNI SPORTSWEAR will ship merchandise specified by the customer. All freight claims for missing or damaged merchandise must be filed directly. Customer pick-up service is available from 9:00am to 4:30 pm Monday-Friday. Please call your Customer Service Representative ahead for pick up time to confirm your order is ready for pick up.

Residential Delivery
Shipping to a residential address will incur additional fees for both small packages and pallet shipments which the Buyer is responsible for. Buyers should also notify on their purchase orders that the ship to address is residential.

Discharge Printing:
If you plan to discharge print on ZUNI SPORTSWEAR garments please note the following: ZUNI SPORTSWEAR does its very best to provide garments for discharge printing including reactive dyeing, testing for discharge printability, maintaining tested inventory and shipping each discharge print order from the same fabric/garment lot or advising of any inventory variances. ZUNI SPORTSWEAR will ship specific discharge print tested product if requested for your discharge print business. It is the responsibility of the buyer to advise that the order is for discharge printing. You must test your discharge print process on a number of garments received. If you have any question with the test print results you can return any unprinted garments for credit or replacement. When in production if shirts fail discharge it is up to the printer to stop production and return unprinted shirts. ZUNI SPORTSWEAR will not give credit or reimburse any printed shirts that failed discharge printing and will not be responsible for shipping charges, printing charges, printed garments or any other charges involved with your discharge print process. If you did not request your order for discharge printing there is a 15% restocking fee on the returned unprinted garments.

Signature Required
ZUNI SPORTSWEAR will send all shipments signature required. Shipping Discrepancies- Due to possible human error, it is the buyer/consignees responsibility to verify that the merchandise received matches what was ordered and resolve any claims with ZUNI SPORTSWEAR before garments are altered. ZUNI SPORTSWEAR will not accept any claims if garments are altered due to incorrect shipments.

Embellished Merchandise
It is the Buyer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect and test all merchandise before washing, printing, or any type of decorating. These embellishments processes conducted by the buyer are beyond our control. Thus, once merchandise is altered in any way or form, the buyer cannot return or make any exchanges.

Returns and Claim Policy
It is the Buyer's responsibility to inspect and test all merchandise before washing, printing, or any type of decorating. BUYERS BE AWARE!!! Once merchandise is altered in any way, the Buyer cannot return or make any exchanges.

All returns must be pre-approved and be accompanied by a return authorization number. Please contact customer service at (323) 516-6771, your local sales representative or email at Sales@ZuniSportswear.com with any questions.

Claims and Cancellations-
All claims must be made within 10 business days of shipment including defective goods or shipping issues. Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back to the customer. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for cancelled orders. RA’s will be cancelled if not returned in 15 business days.

Vintage & Tie Dye Product
Due to the nature of the Vintage, Tie Dye process, no two shirts are alike. Variation in the color and/or pattern will be apparent and contributes to the unique properties of the product.

SPECIFIC DISCLAIMER:
Customer understands and agrees that the Face Mask Products should not be used (i) in any surgical setting or where significant exposure to liquid, bodily or other hazardous fluids, may be expected; (ii) in a clinical setting where the infection risk level through inhalation exposure is high; or (iii) in the presence of a high intensity heat source or flammable gas. Customer further understands and agrees that no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, are made that the Face Mask Products prevent infection or the transmission of viruses or diseases. The Face Mask Products are not surgical masks or filtering facepiece respirators and no claims or representations are made as to their (w) fluid resistance, (x) particulate or bacteria filtration efficiency, (y) differential pressure or (z) flammability.

The Face Mask Products are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind and without limiting the foregoing, ZUNI SPORTSWEAR hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, relating to the Face Mask Products, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Customer acknowledges that they have not relied on any warranty or representation in placing the order for the purchase of Face Mask Products.
